Founded in 2009, Brightfish Software is a web consultancy run by Ed Eliot.
Ed has worked as web developer and technical manager for over 11 years. He started out writing financial web sites whilst working at IS.Teledata (now Interactive Data). This was followed by stints at a small web agency, Fasthosts and Nildram. In 2005 Ed joined Yahoo! where he worked as a developer on the Yahoo! homepage and later as the manager of Kelkoo's web development team. After leaving Yahoo! he worked for Global Radio and IPC Media before founding Brightfish Software.
Over the years Ed has worked on projects for the likes of Citibank, Deutsche Bank, Yahoo!, Kelkoo, Capital Radio and Marie Claire.

Helped to build TrustLaw Connect, an online service for connecting NGOs and charities with lawyers who do pro-bono legal work. Later we helped rebuild their Trust and TrustLaw web sites.

Built a subscription based members area which offers unique access to Opta statistics on premier league football players and teams and have also provided consultancy on cloud hosting.
